REFUND POLICY

Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn or unused
  • Original tags attached
  • Original packaging included
  • Receipt or proof of purchase provided

How to Start a Return

Contact us at blushandstitch1@gmail.com to initiate your return request. Please do not send items back without prior approval—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we'll send you:

  • A prepaid return shipping label
  • Instructions on where to send your package

Inspection & Refunds

Upon receiving your return, we'll inspect the item and notify you of approval or denial within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care or beauty products (opened or used)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
